ABOUT: Alfalfa leaves are rich in a green plant pigment know as Chlorophyll, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Hence is has been nicknamed as 'The Father of all Foods". Alfalfa is commonly brewed in teas. Alfalfa has a long history of been grown for forage and is also referred to as "The Queen of Forages".
